We strive to display accurate product specifications, colors, and availability. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless stated otherwise. We may change prices without notice, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders. Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, mobile money, and cash on delivery (for local customers). Invoices must be settled according to agreed terms.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. For international orders, customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
Defective or damaged products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, subject to inspection. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless manufacturing defects are found.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polyfoam Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold Polyfoam Limited harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our website or products.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Arusha, Tanzania.
